PDF Formula LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the PDF Formula platform at pdfformula.io and the PDF Formula Chrome Extension. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and industry when you create an account.
Usage Data: Features used, scripts generated, calls analyzed, and coaching sessions — used to improve the platform and provide personalized insights.
Audio & Transcripts: When using Live Coach or the Chrome Extension, audio from your browser tab is processed in real-time for transcription and coaching. Audio is not stored permanently — only the text transcript is saved to your account if you choose "Save & End."
Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
The PDF Formula Chrome Extension captures audio from your active browser tab for real-time transcription and AI coaching. This requires the "tabCapture" permission.
Audio is streamed directly to Deepgram (our speech-to-text provider) for transcription. Audio is not stored by PDF Formula or Deepgram after processing.
The extension only activates when you explicitly click "Start Live Coaching." It never records or transmits audio without your action.
We use your information to: provide and improve the PDF Formula platform, generate AI-powered scripts and coaching, analyze call performance, deliver personalized insights, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
Service Providers: Anthropic (AI processing), Deepgram (speech-to-text), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting).
Anonymized Benchmarks: Aggregate, anonymized performance data may be used to generate industry benchmarks. No individual or company is identifiable.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), row-level security on all database tables, secure authentication, and regular security audits.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. Call transcripts and scripts are retained until you delete them. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, export your data, and opt out of non-essential communications.
